Plywood is made peeling the trees to obtain veneers (slices/sheets of wood). These veneers are then stacked upon each other and firmly bonded using resins. Since several sheets are thus bonded together, the core of the plywood and its front and back faces need not necessarily be of the same material. So only that plywood whose core, front and back faces is made out of Gurjan hardwood can be truly called as 100% Gurjan plywood.

Pure Plywood GOLD and SILVER is a marine grade plywood which is a
combination of Gurjan and Niligiri eucali core veneers,
offers immense density and superior bonding strength.
Bonded with phenolic formaldehyde resin, it can withstand
wet and moist conditions and also other temperature
variations.
Thickness : 4mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 19mm
Pure Plywood BRONZE is a highly durable plywood made of
Gurjan and tropical hardwood which is bonded with phenolic
resin, it is made a per IS 303 standards . It is suitable
for bedroom furnitures, kitchen cabinets, and other
similar applications.

STAR, WIN
Pure Plywood STAR and WIN is suitable for commercial
purposes,made of selected hardwood. It is manufactured as
per the IS 303 norms. It is made of commercial UF
resin.
Thickness : 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, 18mm
Pure Plywood is boiling water resistant plywood. It is manufactured using rotary peeled smooth veneer. The veneers are tightly cut and bonded using synthetic compounded phenol formaldehyde resin under controlled temperature and pressure. This tough treatment given to this PLYWOOD makes it sturdy and durable.
All the timbers that we use are hand-picked from forests across the world. These timbers are seasoned and chemically treated to make our plywood durable, long lasting and resistant to termites and borers. These then undergo a unique THT treatment, a technique that ensures optimum treatment of moisture.
